Besides seeing wildlife, visitors meet the people of the Galápagos. Spend two nights each on San Cristóbal, Isabela and Santa Cruz islands; naturalist-guides lead forays that include a walk to the rim of the world’s second-largest volcanic caldera and to a family-owned coffee plantation.
