Record vs. Spurs: 0-1.

Update: The Spurs have won 11 of their last 12 games, including victories over Miami, the Clippers and Portland (twice). The Spurs haven’t played the Lakers since Nov. 1, when Tony Parker scored 24 points in a 91-85 victory. Including Friday’s game, the teams play each other three times between now and the end of the season.
