Football: Serra 16, Narbonne 7

Despite outgaining host Narbonne by a wide margin, Gardena Serra only leads 16-7 at halftime of tonight’s intersectional showdown in Harbor City.

Serra had a chance to widen its lead late in the second quarter after Adoree Jackson ran 52 yards on a fake punt to the Gauchos’ 5-yard line, but Jalen Greene threw an interception on the next play that resulted in a touchback.
