Wrestling: St. John Bosco’s Aaron Pico returns with gold medal

A trip to Serbia to compete at the World FILA Cadet Freestyle Championships proved a successful one for sophomore Aaron Pico of Bellflower St. John Bosco.
Of the 30 American wrestlers, he was the only one to win a gold medal, winning at 138.75 pounds in men’s freestyle.
Pico won a state championship as a freshman at 138 yards.
