Football: Robert Woods, Joseph Fauria get first NFL touchdowns

It was a big day for two former high school football standouts from Southern California, receiver Robert Woods (Gardena Serra, USC) and tight end Joseph Fauria (Encino Crespi, UCLA).
Each scored his first NFL touchdown, Woods for the Buffalo Bills and Fauria for the Detriot Lions.

Former Valencia running back Shane Vereen rushed for 101 yards for the New England Patriots.
