Football: Receiver Theo Howard of Westlake picks up UCLA offer

Junior receiver Theo Howard of Westlake has been offered by UCLA, Coach Jim Benkert said.
He has 15 receptions for 231 yards and three touchdowns this season.
He’s a 6-foot, 175-pound transfer from Oaks Christian.
