Football: Narbonne’s Dallas Lopez bursts onto City Section scene [Video]

With one spectacular game, 6-foot-5 senior receiver Dallas Lopez of Harbor City Narbonne has thrust himself into the City Section conversation about top players.
Lopez caught three touchdown passes against Palos Verdes, including the game-winning 29-yard reception as time expired in a 27-23 victory.
He caught just one touchdown pass all last season as a junior at Wilmington Banning. Now playing in a spread offense that highlights its receivers, Lopez proved to be a very tough target to stop. His size created some mismatches, and he took advantage.
Lopez has good grades, moves well, and Coach Manuel Douglas thinks he has a chance to be a college player.
