Football: Former Franklin QB Narciso Diaz is new head coach

Narciso Diaz, a former quarterback at L.A. Franklin, has been named the school’s football coach. He had been the quarterback coach at East L.A. College.
Diaz, 28, graduated from Franklin in 2003 and wants to restore Franklin’s passing tradition when the school was producing a number of All-City quarterbacks.
