Football: Connor Wigenroth’s five touchdowns lead Hart

Connor Wigenroth ran for four touchdowns and caught one touchdown pass to help Newhall Hart improve to 4-0 with a 42-13 victory over Lake Balboa Birmingham.
Wigenroth rushed for 185 yards in 14 carries. Quarteback Brady White completed 20 of 29 passes for 250 yards and one touchdown and ran for another.
Birmingham running back Sterling Salguero rushed for 150 yards in 24 carries and scored a touchdown. Birmingham (3-2) put together a 99-yard scoring drive in the third quarter that should help the Patriots when they make their return to City Section play.
White was intercepted twice and had a streak of 123 consecutive passes without an interception stopped.
Dorsey knocked off Paraclete, 27-20. Vista Murrieta was upset by San Diego Cathedral, 35-28.
