Football: Campbell Hall to forfeit game against Windward

Because of lack of players, North Hollywood Campbell Hall will forfeit its scheduled game next week against L.A. Windward, Athletic Director Juan Velazquez said.

Campbell Hall has 35 players for its varsity and junior varsity teams, including just 10 upperclassmen. Six of those players are injured, Velazquez said.

Campbell Hall lost to Heritage Christian, 66-0, and Excelsior, 47-6. The Vikings played only junior varsity last season. Campbell Hall hopes to resume its varsity schedule after next week.
