Football: Bishop Amat is headed for Texas to play game this fall

La Puente Bishop Amat has agreed to make its way to Texas on Sept. 5 to play defending Class 4A-Division II champion Aledo in an 8 p.m. game. Aledo set a national record for scoring in 2013, becoming the first high school team to score more than 1,000 points in a season.
