The word is getting out: Alemany’s Dominic Davis is fast.
The junior running back-cornerback recorded an electronic 40-yard time of 4.40 seconds on Sunday when top high school football players were getting tested at a Nike combine.
“That’s blazing,” Alemany Coach Dean Herrington said.
It means college coaches will be looking closely at Davis, because they want speed on their teams.
Davis ran a 10.83 100 meters last week.
