Baseball: The little brothers will be soon at Harvard-Westlake
- Share via
Coach Matt LaCour of Harvard-Westlake might be able to save on uniforms in the coming years considering how many younger brothers of current and former varsity players are expected to be playing for the Wolverines by the 2016 season.
If all goes well, the younger brothers of Jack Flaherty, Lucas Giolito, Joe Corrigan, Brandon Deere and Tyler Urbach should be all wearing Harvard-Westlake baseball jerseys by then. Younger brothers of Giolito and Deere are already at the high school.
The way people are talking about J.P. Corrigan, a seventh-grader, big brother Joe, a USC freshman, could be asking for his autograph soon.
“We need brothers,” LaCour said. “Hart has had the Valaika brothers for 15 years.”
