Breakdown: Costa Mesa hopes to break into the win column in Orange Coast League play when it travels to take on Saddleback (1-7, 0-3 in league) … The Mustangs (2-6, 0-3) have lost their last five games, including a 31-15 defeat against visiting Calvary Chapel last week. The last Orange Coast League victory for Costa Mesa came in a 6-0 win over Saddleback at home to conclude the 2016 season … Costa Mesa will be a favorite to end its 13-game league losing streak, before finishing out the regular season with the Battle for the Bell rivalry game against Estancia. Saddleback has lost seven in a row. Four of those losses have come via shutouts, including the last two in road games against Estancia and Santa Ana.
