Norman L. Allen

Norman L. Allen, a retired LAPD Homicide detective and U. S. Navy World War II veteran, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2007.

He is survived by his daughters; Melinda LaVoy, Betsy Allen (Janet Sims), Nancy (Tom) Schumacher, Katherine Pesterfield, Anita (Bill) Wistrom; his son, Mark (Teri) Seavey; six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Norm was preceded in death by his first wife JoAnne and his second wife Gladys.

Norm enjoyed his 35 years in Balboa especially his daily walks around the peninsula.
