Breakers seek alumni baseball players
Laguna Beach High will host its alumni baseball game on Feb. 17, Breakers Coach Dave Dopf has announced.
Dopf is looking to add more alumni players to the roster for the game. Interested players can contact him at (949) 291-6647.
Volleyball club teams forming in Laguna
Main Beach Volleyball Club in Laguna Beach is forming girls’ 16’s & 15’s teams.

Junior tennis series returns
The Laguna Beach Junior Tennis Challenger Series returns for play from 2 to 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 28 and Feb. 25.
The series is open to novice and advanced players ages eight to 16 who wish to rack up points in singles round-robin play.
The cost is $25 per player. Registration will be taken up through the Monday preceding each of the two series dates through the Laguna Beach Community Services Dept.

City to hold 50th tennis event
The Laguna Beach Tennis Tournament will celebrate its 50th year of competition with tournament play set for the weekends of April 21-22 and 28-29. Events include men’s and women’s singles, doubles and mixed 2.0 through Open play. A Youth/Experience doubles event that will pair a young player with an adult, also will be held.
