Warren Mason Nichols

Warren Mason Nichols of Laguna Beach died Dec. 17 at his home.

Mr. Nichols was the broker of Nichols Real Estate, which was

established by his father in 1906 in San Diego. Warren Nichols became

a member of the Laguna Board of Realtors, the California Assn. of

Realtors and the National Assn. of Realtors in 1959.

Mr. Nichols is survived by two nieces, Shirley Nichols of Redding

and Nancy Nichols of Silverton, Oregon.

Polly James

Polly James of Laguna Beach died Dec. 27 of cancer. She was 92.

Ms. James was a screenwriter.

She is survived by her friend Charlotte Gennet.

Michele Ann Lacy

Michele Ann Lacy of Laguna Beach died Dec. 28 of cancer. She was

42.

Mrs. Lacy was a saleswoman for Medcom.

She is survived by her husband, Tom; son Lucas; and daughter

Brianna.

Flor Marie deWitte

Flor Marie deWitte of Laguna Beach died Dec. 23 of a cerebral

hemorrhage. She was 77.

Mrs. deWitte was buried at Ascension Cemetery in Lake Forest.

She is survived by her sons Richard of San Clemente and Tony of

San Juan Capistrano; daughters Odile Ball of New Mexico and Olga

Addae of Washington; sisters Hermina Lamons and Juana Gomez; and

brothers Gaspar and Palito Sanchez.

William Larimer

William Larimer of Laguna Beach died Jan. 2 of heart disease. He

was 70.

Mr. Larimer was a retired L.A. city firefighter.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon; son Chris Barr; daughters

Robyn Pearson, Susan Goodrich, Katy Ryan and Amy Vives; and 11

grandchildren.

Services were private. Burial was at Ft. Rosecrans National

Cemetery in San Diego.
