Behind the one hit pitching of Casey Becker and Scott Schauer, the

Brewers blanked the Dodgers, 5-0, to move a step closer to securing the

second half title in Majors Division competition at Robinwood Little

League.

two-RBI double.

It was the second win of the week for the Brewers, who also defeated

the Yankees, 8-1. In that win, Josh Votaw had two hits, and the pitching

duo of Becker and Schauer once again shut down the opposition on three

hits, while striking out 14.

play of the game with a great catch on the run in right field, had the

other Yankee hit.

Ryan Olson walked to start the bottom of the sixth inning, then later

scored the winning run on a Cardinals error. Todd Locken picked up the

pitching win was he allowed no earned runs while striking out five in

three innings of relief.
