Nancy Thompson Stringer April 13, 1935 - June 17, 2013

Nancy Thompson Stringer passed away peacefully at her home with her family at her side on June 17, 2013. Nancy was born and raised in Southern California.

Until her passing, she was close friends with those she knew even from kindergarten and while going to South Pasadena San Marino High School, she met her husband to be, Dan.

Shortly after high school, she and Dan married and had two wonderful sons, Todd and Tyler.

For almost twelve years, Nancy courageously fought Multiple Myeloma Cancer with great resolve. She was blessed to live long enough to love and adore her grandson, Liam.

Her family and friends will remember her forthrightness and the fun she was.

There will be no services and the burial is for family only, following Nancy’s wishes.

If you feel the need, donations may be made to the Hoag Memorial Hospital Cancer Center in her name.
