Clemons Fred Tinnemeyer was brought to Central Detention Center on Friday just before midnight, said San Bernardino County sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller. “He was wanted for questioning in connection with the investigation but he has not been charged at the time,” said Federal Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Laura Eimiller. Tinnemeyer is being held on a warrant as a material witness in the federal investigation, according to the FBI.  (Glenn Koenig / Los Angeles Times)
