Fatal crash reported in Claremont after police pursuit

One person died in a three-car crash at the end of a police chase on the westbound 10 Freeway in Claremont on Sunday, according to ABC Channel 7.
The chase started in Montclair and continued on the 10 Freeway. It ended in a crash at the Indian Hill exit, leaving one car on its side and the Indian Hill exit blocked, the news station reported.
A Claremont police operator confirmed that an accident had occurred in the area after a police pursuit, but provided no additional details. She referred questions to the Montclair police, who did not immediately respond to inquiries.
