The fire was reported just before 10 a.m. inside the strip mall in the 600 block of East Glenoaks Boulevard, the Glendale News-Press reported.
The strip mall houses a dry cleaning business, beauty salon, pizza restaurant, floral shop and grocery store. There were no immediate reports of injuries as officials evacuated adjacent homes and buildings.
