Woman’s body found by cyclists in Yorba Linda neighborhood

A woman’s body was found in Yorba Linda early Tuesday, Orange County authorities said.
The body was discovered at about 5:40 a.m by several bicyclists near the intersection of Deodar Drive and Live Oak Lane in Yorba Linda, said Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock.
The woman’s death is being treated as a homicide, Hallock said. Investigators believe it was an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the community, he said.
The woman was not identified. No additional details were available.
