Woman dies in single-vehicle crash on 405 Freeway in North Hills

One woman was killed Sunday in a single-car crash on the 405 Freeway in North Hills, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The department responded to calls at 6:19 p.m. reporting an overturned vehicle, said LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey.
Four others, ranging in age from 9 to 44, were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries, Humphrey said.
The accident briefly closed down lanes on the freeway.
