Part rave, part happening: a new kind of dance fitness experience
Participants work out at the Flight yoga class taught by Sydney Benner in Los Angeles. The class is part of the Local Skill, an “artistic fitness collective” that enables Shay Kostabi and Jesse DeYoung to tap their creative roots and collaborate with friends to produce events that are a bit like exercise raves, a bit like happenings.
