Perez Hilton clawed his way to the top of the bottom by dishing, ranting and outing. But at least one of those things is no longer on his “to do” list -- he’s decided to stop outing gay people. What brought on the change of lack-of-heart? The rash of recent suicides from gay teens could be part of the decision, but Perez is remaining mum on the subject. Either way, Perez’s blog is now a kinder, gentler place. (Kirk McKoy / Los Angeles Times)
Courteney Cox had some problems with someone from her inner circle talking about her sex life -- or lack of it -- with husband David Arquette. And that person? David Arquette. He went on “Howard Stern” to talk about their separation and how they haven’t had sex with each other in months. (Jason Merritt / Getty Images)
How boring are all those in-flight safety announcements? “Here’s how to fasten your seatbelt.” “Here’s how to put on your oxygen mask.” Blah, blah blah, right? It’s not like anyone’s listening. That’s why Cebu Pacific Air (a Filipino carrier) changed the record -- and how. It have its flight attendants doing a safety dance- to “Safety Dance” by Men Without Hats. Now, if your plane is plunging toward the ocean, you can have a great ‘80s tune going through your head! Huzzah! But, we must say, the video is very cute. Almost too cute. Rapper T.I. helped police stop a suicidal man from jumping off the edge of a 22-floor high-rise in Atlanta. It could have been the subtle way he rhymed “you’re in a slump” with “but don’t jump.” Or not, as we made that up. T.I. was actually on his way to shoot a video when he heard about the dilemma on the radio and changed direction to help out police. He taped a quick video message which police played to the potential jumper (although how he had access to YouTube is anyone’s guess). The man decided to come down at that point and even got to speak to T.I. for a few minutes before he was taken to hospital. Click for more on T.I. and his heroic deed. When BIll O’Reilly took the guest seat on “The View” in October, no one expected a mutual admiration society to form, but when the touchy subject of building a mosque near ground zero came up, words began flying, and Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg stormed off their own set. Barbara Walters remained to chastise them, then turned her ire on O’Reilly. Goldberg and Behar eventually returned, tails between legs. (Heidi Gutman / Associated Press)
The saying goes, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.” For Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyers, the saying goes “If you can’t get ‘em to comply with probation, get ‘em off probation! Getting Lindsay released from her probation terms, that’s exactly what Team Lohan is working on, even as we speak. Click here to see what crafty Lindsay Lohan’s even craftier lawyers are crafting up. It’s not just Hollywood celebs who cheat on their spouses -- and it’s refreshing to be reminded of that fact every once in a while. One of the 33 trapped miners in Chile emerged to find his wife had discovered he had a mistress. How? She heard the “other woman” calling out her husband’s name at a prayer vigil. Oh, those tricky prayer vigils, they get you every single time. Click for more on Yonni’s post-rescue mama drama. (Juan Mabromata / Getty Images)
