The debate surrounding the famed (and recently honored) director’s innocence has intensified after an op-ed by adopted daughter Dylan Farrow was published in the New York Times re-alleging that Allen had sexually molested her when she was a child, with gritty details included. Clooney, shown above in costume for “Monuments Men,” secretly used costar Matt Damon to pull the legs of Golden Globes hosts Fey and Poehler after they had poked fun at him onstage during the awards show. The actor forged Damon’s stationery to send a sad note to the duo (Damon was also teased at the Globes). “It’s ‘from’ Matt,” Clooney explained. “It says, ‘Look, it sounds hypocritical because I laughed about jokes about George and Leo, but that’s sort of what people think about them ... Rapper DMX caught us by surprise after announcing that he’d be facing George Zimmerman (acquitted for the murder of Trayvon Martin) in the boxing ring on the day of his victim’s would-be 19th birthday.
