Actor Paul Walker, best known for playing Brian O’Conner in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, died after the Porsche he was riding in crashed into a pole in and erupted in flames. Coroners said Walker died within seconds of impact from traumatic injuries and burns. The rapper and his wife have decided to not use animal products for a little over three weeks after a vegan friend challenged them to go “plant-based.” The significance of the 22-day term? “Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit,” Jay Z wrote. “On the 22nd day, you’ve found the way.” The couple noshed at vegan restaurant Cafe Gratitude, celebrating Jay Z’s birthday and the beginning of what he’s calling a “spiritual and physical cleanse.” (Win McNamee / Associated Press)
