He said he was motivated by his four children to finish school because he didn’t want them wondering why they needed to do something he’d neglected. One of music’s hottest power couples continues its reign, topping NFLer Tom Brady and model Gisele Bundchen (No. 2 with $80 million) and actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (No. 3 with $50 million) for first place with a combined $95 million in earnings. Eager to swing back toward sophistication and make a global impression, Playboy has booked supermodel Kate Moss for its 60th anniversary issue. “You’re talking about the most important supermodel of the past 20 years,” Playboy editorial director Jimmy Jellinek said. “It started with Marilyn Monroe on the cover of Playboy 60 years ago, an icon for her time. Efron is “healthy, happy and not drinking,” according to one source. “He’s taking time to focus on working.” While some allege that the visit or visits to rehab were to treat a cocaine addiction, everyone seems to agree that Efron is taking care of himself. Remember when M.I.A. flashed a middle finger onstage during the 2012 Super Bowl Halftime Show? We hardly do either, but that very brief gesture has the NFL hooked on getting penitence from the singer, in the form of $1.5 million and a public apology. Seems like she’s far from giving in; her lawyer recently fired back about the sports institution’s supposed hypocrisy: “Of course, the NFL’s claimed reputation for wholesomeness is hilarious in light of the weekly felonies committed by its stars, the bounties placed by coaches on opposing players, the homophobic and racist comments uttered by its players, the complete disregard for the health of players and the premature deaths that have resulted from same, and the raping of public entities ready to sacrifice public funds to attract teams.” Ouch.  (Allen J.
