Bugs are drawn to the light, and a bright beam has been cast on Collins since her newfound fame. The actress ranked highest on McAfee’s 2013 list of celebrities whose popularity is harnessed to trick fans into downloading viruses or malware. People who search “downloads,” “nude pictures” or “free app downloads” run the highest risk of clicking on a site that steals personal information. (Michael Sohn / Associated Press)

Taking online classes and hiring a tutor to help study in between takes on “Two Guns,” Wahlberg worked in secret to get his high school diploma. The actor dropped out of school in ninth grade. He said he was motivated by his four children to finish school because he didn’t want them wondering why they needed to do something he’d neglected. Efron is “healthy, happy and not drinking,” according to one source. “He’s taking time to focus on working.” While some allege that the visit or visits to rehab were to treat a cocaine addiction, everyone seems to agree that Efron is taking care of himself. Remember when M.I.A. flashed a middle finger onstage during the 2012 Super Bowl Halftime Show? We hardly do either, but that very brief gesture has the NFL hooked on getting penitence from the singer, in the form of $1.5 million and a public apology. Seems like she’s far from giving in; her lawyer recently fired back about the sports institution’s supposed hypocrisy: “Of course, the NFL’s claimed reputation for wholesomeness is hilarious in light of the weekly felonies committed by its stars, the bounties placed by coaches on opposing players, the homophobic and racist comments uttered by its players, the complete disregard for the health of players and the premature deaths that have resulted from same, and the raping of public entities ready to sacrifice public funds to attract teams.” Ouch. The electro-pop singer was arrested with boyfriend Zachary Cole Smith of DIIV on several charges, including suspicion of heroin possession and driving with stolen license plates. Smith later took to Twitter in Ferreira’s defense: “what you’re reading is a police blotter, not the outcome of a court case. these cops wanted to ... us, and they did. sky did nothing wrong.” (Brad Barket / Getty Images)
