Hot Property featuring Sylvester Stallone’s new spread and a stunning Acapulco estate

Actor Sylvester Stallone, shown here at a recent Lakers game, has purchased two lakefront parcels on Lake Sherwood in Thousand Oaks. He bought a property with 500 feet of lake frontage that was listed at about $5.5 million and the adjacent lot, giving him another 150 square feet of frontage.
