Screenwriter Tom Schulman lists Brentwood estate for $15 million

Academy Award-winning screenwriter Tom Schulman has put his Brentwood home on the market for $15 million.
Designed by architect Steven Ehrlich, the Modernist house features a two-story living room, two offices, a game room, a media room, a library, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 9,000 square feet.
Set on 1.35 acres at the end of a bamboo-lined driveway, the house is accessed by an entry bridge.

Schulman, also a director and producer, won his Oscar for writing “Dead Poets Society” (1989). Other writing credits include “Welcome to Mooseport” (2004) and “8 Heads in a Duffle Bag” (1997).
