Melissa Geiger Schrift and her husband, Jason Schrift, have listed their Hollywood Hills home for sale at $1.795 million.
The 1926 Spanish-style stunner has been meticulously renovated and updated to maintain its “Old Hollywood” ambience. Among period details the family room has a Batchelder art tile fireplace and the breakfast room floor is done in Batchelder tile.
The nearly 3,300 square feet of living space include a grand foyer, a step-down living room, a formal dining room, a den, an office, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outdoor living space includes a brick patio and a fireplace. City views stretch to the ocean.
Melissa Geiger Schrift is a former “Ellen” and “Oprah” producer and shares eight Daytime Emmys. Jason Schrift is a co-executive producer of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
They bought the house in 2007 for more than $1.6 million, public records show.
