Colbie Caillat sells Westlake Village house for $1.6 million

Singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat has sold a home in Westlake Village for $1.6 million.
Built in 1995, the 3,603-square-foot house combines Craftsman and ranch styles. There’s a family room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The decked-out kitchen features dual ovens, granite countertops and a wine refrigerator.
The third-acre site contains a flagstone patio, a swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit and a barbecue center.
Calliat, 29, is a pop singer and guitarist. She won a Grammy with Jason Mraz for their duet “Lucky.” Her new album, to be released at the end of the month, is called “Gypsy Heart.”
