Singer Celine Dion is seeking a buyer for her Jupiter Island, Fla., estate, which is now priced at $62.5 million.
The sprawling waterfront home is Bahamian-inspired and was custom-built four years ago for Dion. The 5.5-acre fenced property includes a main house, a guesthouse, a tennis house, a pool house with a kitchen and a beach house with a massage room and a sleeping loft.
There are about 22,775 square feet of interior space with five fireplaces, a fitness room, a home theater, a home office, 13 bedrooms, 14 full bathrooms and six partial bathrooms.
Three water park-like swimming pools complete the grounds.
Dion, 46, put the property on the market more than a year ago at $72.5 million and dropped the price in August, about the same time that she canceled concerts and a fall tour due to the health concerns of her husband.
The five-time Grammy-winning singer records in both French and English.
Cristina Condon of Palm Beach Brokerage, Sotheby’s International Realty, is the listing agent.
