Tenth refinery blast victim dies

Another person severely injured in a sugar refinery explosion has died.
The death at Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta brings the toll from the Feb. 7 explosion to 10.
Hospital spokeswoman Beth Frits said 13 of those injured remain in critical condition and two others are in serious condition.
