Santa Anita: An individual whose photograph accompanied an article in Sunday’s Sports section on plans to repair Santa Anita’s synthetic track was identified as Paul Harper, founder of Cushion Track. He is Ted Malloy, Magna Entertainment’s chief track-surface consultant.
