Icahn proposes 4 to lead Motorola

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn, who owns shares in Motorola Inc., proposed four nominees for the board of the Schaumburg, Ill.-based mobile phone maker.
They are Frank Biondi Jr., William R. Hambrecht, Lionel C. Kimerling and Keith Meister, Icahn said.
