Re “They think outside the oval in Minnesota,” Dec. 20
About that oval thing: Maybe now is the time to reintroduce civics classes to our children’s education and make them mandatory. We should make sure a required lab is part of the class in which children learn to mark mock ballots, including a lesson on how to change their unintended votes.
Let’s use the experience of the last few years’ recounts, and their costs, as justification for adding these new classes to save money.
