Man, 39, dies in morning shooting

A 39-year-old man was shot and killed in Santa Ana on Sunday morning, said Santa Ana Police Sgt. Jim Armstrong.
Mario Jiminez was shot in the 1000 block of West Pine Street and was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Armstrong said no arrests have been made, but police believe the suspect or suspects may have gang affiliations.
