Thank you for publishing the news brief on Marine Expeditions (“Antarctic Cruise Company Goes Out of Business,” News, Tips & Bargains, June 17). I had booked and paid for a Marine Expeditions trip to the Northwest Passage scheduled for July 17. If I had not read the article, it might have been weeks before I learned the company went out of business. I was never notified by any officials about the company canceling trips. Like many other travelers, I am disappointed and concerned about compensation.
