Lookers on ‘West Wing’

While I appreciate the sentiment behind Brian Lowry’s column regarding the attractiveness of television stars vs. their movie counterparts (“Small Screen Has Lots of Room for Character,” Aug. 8), I protest his characterization of “The West Wing’s” supporting cast as ordinary-looking. Allison Janney, John Spencer, Richard Schiff and Bradley Whitford are all extremely attractive people, both on-screen and off.
As for James Gandolfini--the man is unbelievably sexy. I would take Tony Soprano over Brad Pitt any day!
