Would You Like a Make-Over?
Money Make-Over appears Tuesdays in the Wall Street, California pages. To be considered for participation, send us a letter or e-mail message with your name, address, age, phone number, income, assets and financial goals. Address letters to Money Make-Over, Business Section, Los Angeles Times, Times Mirror Square, Los Angeles, CA 90053; address e-mail to [email protected].
Published make-overs may offer either an overview of a family’s or individual’s finances, or they may focus only on a particular issue.
If you seek advice on a particular topic such as insurance, 401(k) investment choices or estate planning, please indicate that in your note. All prospective make-over subjects are required to fill out a questionnaire. If you would prefer to just send us a completed questionnaire and skip the letter, you can find the form on the World Wide Web at http://pixel.nohib.com/HOME/BUSINESS/FINPLAN/makeover.htm and download it. However, your completed questionnaire, with your signature, must be submitted to us on paper, not electronically, at the address above.
General information about choosing a financial planner can be found at The Times’ Web site at http://pixel.nohib.com/finplan. The site offers stories, phone numbers, addresses and links to related sites.
