Three people have been appointed members of the newly created Board of Building Appeals, which will hear appeals of decisions made by the city building official. The three appointees are George Sagen, a general contractor; Richard Bowen, an architect; and Charles Walsh, a general contractor. Jack Rosenthal, an electrical engineer, was chosen as an alternate member.
