Maura Mattson, assistant principal at Tustin High School, has been named to succeed Paulette Fuller as principal at A.G. Currie Middle School. Mattson, who is also a lieutenant in the Orange County Sheriff Department’s administrative reserve unit, has worked in the Tustin Unified School District for 33 years, including 29 years at Tustin High teaching math. Fuller left her post to become the district’s director of elementary education.
