CKE OKs 10% Dividend

CKE Restaurants Inc., the Anaheim parent of the Carl’s Jr. fast food chain, said Thursday that its board of directors has approved a 10% stock dividend to be paid Jan. 11 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 28. The company’s shares closed Thursday at $19.06, unchanged, in light trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
