More than 1,000 of Orange County’s young professionals attended the PALS (Providing Assistance, Love and Support) Holiday Casino to benefit the Orangewood Children’s home for abused, abandoned and neglected children. Guests at the recent event--including PALS’ founding director Stephanie Argyros King, far left, and Page Ewing Hershey--at the Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Beach participated in live and silent auctions, danced to the disco sound of Boogie Nights and viewed an exhibit of art by Orangewood children. Net proceeds: $100,000. King and Hershey were event chairwomen.
