Youngsters looking for something to do over the holidays can sign up for a minicamp of gymnastics at the Los Alamitos Youth Center, 10909 Oak St. The nonprofit organization is offering classes beginning Monday that include an introduction to tumbling, bars, beams and vault.

The sessions run just more than three hours and cost $10 apiece, center officials said. The classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and end Dec. 30. Information: (562) 493-4043.
