As part of The Block’s grand opening celebration, rock band Love and Rockets will perform tonight in a free concert that begins at 8 p.m. and runs for about 45 minutes. The band will be outside near Park Theater, between Dave & Buster’s and Borders Books and Music. The Block is off City Boulevard West, near the Garden Grove Freeway.
