* Tyco International Ltd., the largest maker of home-security systems, agreed to pay $237 million in cash for Entergy Corp.’s security business, which sells services to homes and businesses in the southeastern U.S. New Orleans-based Entergy put the unit up for sale in August as part of a plan to focus on generating and trading electricity.
