The City Council meets tonight to consider a proposal from Kinko’s to open a 24-hour copy center at 50 Centerpointe Drive. Also on the agenda is a $40,000 agreement with the county for construction at the La Palma Branch Library to accommodate five computer workstations with access to the Internet.
